The man, the legend, the real deal.
Rich Roll was at the beginning of my vegan journey. I had given up meat and dairy and was still eating seafood in early 2016. Rich came to my house. I cooked up some seriously great vegan food: my deconstructed smoothies (avocado, raw pumpkin seeds, banana and sweet potato), artichoke paella and tahini-date rolls for dessert.
We talked about the China Study, his vegan journey, his new book at the time, The PlantPower Way, his upcoming trip to Italy, his workout schedule and his incredible journey from lawyer to ultra athlete.
