This post is an example of a Plant-based Event I organized for WGN Radio. I took the whole station plant-based for lunch, over 80 people, featuring Beyond Meat Burgers, Miyoko’s Cheese, Honest Tea and Dandies Marshmallows. Corporate events such as this also include interactive games, gifts and lots of pictures and videos for social media. A few examples of the spread are below.
Feedback on the event was tremendous. It proved to be not only fun and bonding for all employees in the moment, but also a memorable event. Well, Wendy…whaddya think!?!?! Miyoko's, Dandies Marshmallows and Honest Tea joined up for lunch. And to all my WGN Colleagues, thanks for trying plant-based at lunch!! Pretty darn tasty, huh?
