I can truly say that this was one of the best meals of my life! Beet Ravioli, Kimchi Dumplings, Cobb Salad Bowl, Plant Bowl, Crab Cakes, Kelp Noondles Cacio e Pepe, Coconut-Banana Cream Pie and Apple Pie a la mode…and all of it in line with Dr. Greger’s nutritional guidelines. Needless to say, we both had smaller dinners after such a huge lunch. Thank you, ALTHEA Chicago!
