Avocado, Banana, Sweet Potato Smoothie: The Bomb!

This Avocado, Banana, Sweet Potato smoothie is so delicious, sweet, creamy and filling, it’s hard to believe it’s so darn good for you.

Ingredients & Directions:
1/2 Sweet potato, baked, no skin (but keep skin as a snack. I love to eat the skins!) You can make it with purple yams, like I do in the video, but they are drier and so regular sweet potatoes are better.
1/2 Avocado
1 small ripe banana or 1/2-3/4 or a large ripe banana
Had 1/2 cup or plant-based yogurt or non-dairy milk, if you want it to be creamier. (optional)

Blend together. Put in bowl and put coconut flakes, hemp seed and diced dates on top. For something really hearty add raw oates. Adding oats might mean that you need a bit of date syrup to sweeten it up.

This is so very, very heart healthy if you lay low on the coconut flakes. Pure delish!
