Potato Cheese! I won’t go on forever about how great this is. Not only is it super tasty, it is super easy. What’s not to love?
- 2 cups potatoes (360 g), peeled and diced
- 1 cup carrots (135 g), peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water (125 ml)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (35 g)
- 1/8 cup olive juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Let’s get to some easy Potato Cheese! Boil potatoes and carrots. Throw in blender. Add other ingredients and you are good to go. Works as a dipping cheese (add more water if you want it thinner), a spread or heated on Nachos or in casseroles. Boom. Easy. Simple. Delicious. Great for you. Enjoy!
