Juicing with Johnny Juicer: Our Fav Juices!

Want a little pick-me-up to feel better or a get an extra boost?!?

Jonny Juicer and I belly up to my kitchen counter to have a Juice Off! We make our favorite juices and taste which one is best! Here is the recipe of my favorite juice below.

I do it once a week and try to just have this juice all day, one day a week. It is like drinking sunshine! I guaranteee it! 🙂

Ingredients:
5 large carrots
1 large lemon
1 large red pepper
1″ of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne chili pepper (optional)

Juicing ingredients

Wash all vegetables
Cut carrots and pepper in half
Skin lemon
Juice all vegetables
Stir in turmeric and cayenne chili pepper
Enjoy and repeat!
