Garlic Hummus

Grazers unite! This fast and healthy Garlic Hummus will make you never view hummus the same way again. Fresh, chunky and filled with flavor, any respectable grazer will love this for lunch, pick-nicks and parties!


Garlic Hummus:

1 can of Garbanzo Beans
5 cloves of garlic
Parsley as a garnish
1/2 Medium onion
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil or 3 Tablespoons of Mushroom Broth

Garlic Hummus by Elysabeth Alfano

Peel and dice 4-5 large cloves of garlic
Dice half a medium yellow or white onion
Sauté onions and garlic in Extra Virgin Olive Oil or mushroom broth. Salt and pepper as you go.
Strain a can of chickpeas. Keep the Aquafaba.
Put chickpeas in a blender or food processor.
Add the onion and garlic. Blend
Taste and salt as needed.
Serve hummus on a colorful plate with garnish.
